Another sample using our free stamps!!

Quick and easy cards get a big tick of approval from me these days. While this card used quite a few bits and pieces to create, it was straight forward and took hardly any time at all!
So I have used not one but 3 of our SAB sets of stamps which as you all know are free till the end of March with a qualifying order or party.
The flowers are from "Happy moments", the frame around the greeting is from "Vintage labels" and the greeting is from "Whismical words". Because the frames in our labels set are designed to match our existing punches perfectly, it made creating this card so easy. Hint: punch the hole in your card front first, then with the card closed, stamp the image in the hole created so it all lines up perfectly.
Other materials used: Always Artichoke CS , grosgrain ribbon and ink. Blender pens and Pink passion ink pad. Stamp-a-ma-jig, snail adhesive.
You could really "step up" this card with other colours and layers of CS, sponging round the edges etc
Have a play and see what you can come up with!
Happy Stamping,

P.S One of my favourite Stampin' Up Demonstrator blogs (as included in my blog list in the side bar) will be closing soon. Karen Thomas's blog "Luv to stamp" will end during March. Make sure you visit her blog before she goes and see all the amazing creations she has on there.

Vintage labels with a difference!

I just adore these Kaleidoscope DS papers, it will be hard to say goodbye to them when the Summer mini finishes at the end of March. It is also hard to go past FREE STAMPS!!!!!! This card features one of our 2010 Sale-a-bration stamps, "Vintage Labels" which I've seen samples of popping up everywhere in blogland. I tried to do something a little bit different.

I have stamped the oval image 3 times on white CS and then punched them out with the wide oval punch. I then just lined them up along the side and adhered a piece of DS paper over the top. So quick and easy!! Doesn't it make a great border pattern! Then to continue the oval theme I then grabbed my small oval punch and punched a variety of "petals" from the same papers to create my flower. The greeting is also from the Vintage Labels set, I have punched this out with our 1" circle punch. A piece of white grosgrain ribbon and it's done!

If you wish to get hold of this set, or any of the other free stamp sets available, make sure you email me soon as time is running out. Remember these are limited edition sets which you will not see again. I will have more cards to show you throughout the next couple of weeks.

Happy Stamping,

I am still here!!!!

Just a quick note to say I am still here in papercraft land, just buried somewhere under a pile of kids, work, housework and life in general.

I am happy to report though that I can see a light at the end of this tunnel, and will have another post VERY SOON with samples to show you. As you know we are full swing in the middle of Sale-a-bration but time is running out. So if you haven't contacted me already, OR if you have decided you just HAVE to have another free set of stamps (who doesn't like a freebie!), email me with your order before it's too late!!!

Happy Stamping,
